CDC is great. I agree with the owner it is generally the Board. CDC does not make decisions for the community, they make recommendations folliwng the RCW's for WA regarding HOA/COA. It is evident that owners clearly do not understand how a management company works nor do they take the time to vote a good person onto their Boards. Good job CDC.

CDC has been great. I have read all review and it is clear owners do not get the board is responsible to approve any vendors to do any work. Snow removal etc. If the board says hire one the manager has no choice. So often owners blame their manager when it is their board.CDC is highly educated in assocaition management and I have lived in many communites that CDC has managed. A bad board is...
