I called these guys over 5 years ago from a referral just for my sprinker system. Since then they have built my entire backyard paradise....twice! 100% the reason why my last house sold within 24 hours of listing. Now we're in our new home with a perfect center view of a lake that barely gets noticed because of how beautiful our backyard is. Thanks guys!
They did such a great job i wanted to see about them doing our pool service but they were short handed. They at least know their limitations and the sprinklers service was great. We had it serviced to sell the house, tho old and they didnt really want to do anything but replace it, our house didnt sell and it just keeps working...thanks guys
Called on Wednesday for sprinkler system repair and was guaranteed they would be there on thursday. Alledgedly they came out before our scheduled appt and said the part they needed wasn't with technician. They said tech would be back between 9-11 on Saturday. I called them out to my home to attempt to identify where a water leak was coming from (I assumed the sprinkler system). Wow, I wish that I would have read these reviews about CBS before we called them out to repair our system! We paid almost $300 to repair a leak and replace a few sprinkler heads. After agreeing over the phone to pay an $89 fee plus parts we were ALSO charged an additional $120 for leak repair. CBS has serviced my lawn for 5 years now. Recently, I had a broken sprinkler head and within 2 days, there was a crew at my house to fix the issue. I would recommend the company to anyone wanting a sprinkler system or needing a repair.
