Our senior group contacted this company to get a bus to take us to the Ohio Amish County. They gave us the oldest bus they had and the problems we had were just terrible. It spoiled the entire trip. To start off; the bus was late picking us up that morning; it was raining on our trip and the window leaked causing 4 of our seniors to get wet; the lift system on the bus did not work which made...

A group of my friends are in NYC right now stranded because the bus broke down. One woman has paid for the hotels out of her own pocket and the company is refusing to cover the cost even though they have yet to send a replacement bus. Minivans are rented (out of the pocket) and now they are waiting on the bus driver (three hours later) to get their things.

I'm a Marshall student. I can not believe you scammed students who have been busy working on their finals like that. Do you even have a college degree. Apparently not if you have the indecency to treat good paying customers like that. What a abomination. You should be shut down!!!!!!
