This place is disgusting! From a god awful wait staff to an incompetent bartender, you could not find a more disappointing establishment. It must certainly be a front for a money laundering scheme!

The Cavern is
a neighborhood watering hole in the Virginia Highlands neighborhood. It is a small comfortable bar with a patio
that is a must if you are a people watcher.

A large stone table in the middle of the bar is a must see. The bar and kitchen are so close in proximity
your bartender may also be your cook.

Parking

Park your car along any of the Virginia Highland curbs and you should be in good shape, just check for tow signs. There is some pay parking nearby for those whose heels may be a bit too high to take the trek.
