This is the worst body shop I 'have ever been too. Customer service is so bad...cant even think of a word for it....
Had 2 claims. Car claim was paint less hail damage removal. They scratched and dented my car on the drivers side, the entire side while at there shop to be fixed. Owner never owned up to responsibility of the damage but said he had no choice but to fix it. The owner was out...

Very Disappointed
Chose them for thier strong rep & BBB ratings, but won't go back.
Initial repair took over a week (their estimator said 2 days). Quality was not up to their reputation. Unmatched trim, overspray, scratches not buffed out. I showed the flaws to their shop foreman, they took it back for a 2nd time, and it was again delayed, twice more. 1st after dropping off and returning to...

Our neighbor recommended CS Auto Body when we hit a deer. They were so nice and very professional. The car was just like new and very clean when we picked it up. The owner called a few days later just to make sure we were satisfied with the repairs and service. A+

Cave Spring Auto Body is first class! The office was so friendly and the staff answered all of my questions. They communicated with my insurance company and handled all the "red tape". The repair work was great and they even called me a few days after completion to make sure I was satisfied. I would recommend this shop to all of my friends and family!
