I had wanted to try this restaurant for a while, but wish I didn't! First we were brought beans, coleslaw, fries and hush puppies before we ordered which we thought strange. We always enjoy stopping here for a meal on our way through. Good roast beef & vegetables, mashed potatoes, fried catfish, fried okra, beans, salad, bread, cobblers & ice cream... and good iced tea. Sigh...

My husband and I eat here often, and always the same thing. Although they do have a buffet, we order from the menu - the daily lunch special,of Catfish filets, red beans, French fries, hush puppies, cole slaw, and tomato relish, pickles & onions. All are delicious! And very reasonably priced. Try it for yourself!

Bar B Q and Catfish, you can't get more southern than this, and both in the same restaurant. Great catfish, generous pieces, great service,and great prices.
