Poor service and average food when I ate there on a slow mid-afternoon. I cannot see them handling a rush, but it could have been an off-day. Food just ok.

Though I've enjoyed going here each time I went, there has, as another reviewer stated, usually been a problem -- i.e. the thing I ordered is not available that day, or the calamari is too greasy. However, their bucket of crab is always a delight, and I enjoy the atmosphere on the dine-on porch.
We got there when the AC was broken so we had to eat on the second floor. Very cafeteria like up there but a spectacular view. The staff was friendly, Robert was there but he doesn't talk.
