I bought my home almost a year ago from Castlewood. I have had many service issues with them. I did not have heat for 2 months. I paid for a digital thermostat and they installed an analog. I brought this to their attention at the walk through. So they never hooked it up. After 2 months of, ""I'll try to stop by this week"" I found out he was knocking on my door in the middle of the day (when I was at work) and when no one answered he would just leave. So I finally was able to set up an appointment with him to come; which of course he was 2 hours late to. Then my basement started to...
