The lady i spoke to on the phone was very helpful in tracking down when their next delivery of an out-of-stock item would next be available. She told me she would call me back in 10 minutes with an exact date and indeed, 10 minutes later, she did exactly this. Its nice to deal with a company that keeps promises and works to maintain good customer relations.

Found exactly the ink I needed for my printer/fax at a price that is less than half what retail stores are charging! I ordered ink on a Monday and had it by Wednesday! I love the free shipping and the great prices!
