I experienced dishonesty and very poor customer service at Castle Bootery, Inc. today. I was refused a Visa reimbursement for US$49.95 for a pair of shoes that did not fit.A store credit is not useful as I shall be away for a long time. Even though I explained my circumstance, I was not treated with understanding. The employee lied to me saying that the owner, who could deal with my request was away, but he was in the store. They have lost more than one customer and my trust. This is a store I will never recommend to anyone!
