My husband and I had our wedding reception two weeks ago and we were not satisfied with the woman that runs The Castel Club. She is unprofessional, rude. My guest had the experience of dealing with her rudeness. She doesn't even put anything in writing (contract) I should have went with my gutt feeling, but I didn't. Not a place to have a special occasion. It might be good for a bowling banquet or other occasion. Plus, the place was so hot, and everyone was complaining. Just not a good experience. I could go on, but I have to keep it brief.
