Bad service

I went there twice and the service was terrible both times. My eggs weren't cook to order. If your going to cook them how you want to why do you ask me how I want the cooked. I won't recommend this place to anyone

We eat here often during the lunch hour. If you have a shorter lunch span, they will meet your needs. Good menu choices and great desserts.

Great lunch

We split the chicken fried steak with green chile gravy and were impressed. Mashed potatoes and pinto beans were perfect sides. Splitting the plate left us room for buttermilk chess pie. Our server Brandy was fast and Texas-friendly. We’ll go back.

My daughters have gone off to college, but every time they're home, CIG is a MUST!! Great staff and food that makes you feel like you're home with Mama. Teresa and Shelby do a great job and clearly love their customers and staff.
