Anybody at CassComm ever look at the poor reviews of their crappy service, posted here? They'd fix it if they could; they don't because they can't Their fees can't support their infrastructure, and their investors see it as a failing business so they refuse to pay for upgrades. Always having outages. Download speeds are a joke. Dvr only in one room. Limited he channels. When I call about the outages they have no answers just excuses. I wish Pittsfield had another option for cable. Dish looks better everyday.
Channel 7 & 10 have been out all night. Could put a word of information on your advertising channel 8 so people would know what was going on.
