Cascal Restaurant Review: Stylish Silicon Valley guys and gals must snack and sip---and here's a place that encourages those activities. Our group of 8 close friends decided to celebrate Valentines Day together. Seating 8 on such a night could be a challenge...but not for Cascal. I've been here plenty of times (and love it!) but my boyfriend hadn't so I figured I'd make a reservation for us. Fast forward to Valentine's Day in the PM and everything is absolutely amazing. Great special menu for the evening; we loved every bite from the bread/dipping sauce to scallops over risotto, mushroom empanadas, short ribs, don't forget the tres leches.
