POOR SERVICE

The service I received over the phone (I'm a couple of states away) was awful. I had to repeatedly call back (about four times) to place my order (after I returned an item for store credit), and each time was told I would be called back after checking on the product. I waited at least 3-4 days, sometimes a week before calling back each time. In the end I was cheated out of a 1/3 of my credit...
