My boyfriend and I had reservations on 2/14 for 8:15 and we were not seated until about 8:45. We ordered and food came pretty fast; however, the waitress seemed shaken up and dropped one of our entrees. They replaced it in a timely manner. However, when we started to eat, it was very low quality ingredients... Definitely not authentic Italian. They are very over priced for their poor tasting food.

Honestly such a great restaurant. My experience was fantastic. This is my third time going to Casa San Carlos and it was amazing. The food was delicious and had a reasonable price for the taste and portion. The service was excellent. They have very kind and very attentive waiters that do there job properly.

I've eaten at San Carlo's on several occasions. Having lived in Italy for five years (and I've returned to Italy more than once), this is as close as you'll get to authentic Italian cuisine.
