Service was slow, even with only 6 people in the place, but friendly. Food was mediocre. Seemed like there was no seasoning in anything. Including the dipping oil the other reviewer mentioned....

This ordinary looking restaurant is anything but ordinary. I would highly recommend the chicken parmesan. It's the best I've ever had. You get a generous portion of lightly golden breaded chicken. It is obviously homemade with your choice of pasta in a wonderful sauce. After many visits with friends and we haven't found anything on the menu that isn't terrific....

I always visit friends and family in this town and this is our go to place for comfort food. They have a no nonsense menu - you can really be assured that the Chef prepared your food to order. I always feel like eating an excellent meal cooked at home here. Our orders were served like just off the stove...

Casa italia is a family owned restaurant in Forks Township across from the old Bushkill Park. Owners Luis and Christa Bermudez worked in the restaurant business for a total of 29 years. Christa started working in a deli for 6 years and then moved onto work at Fratello's, an italian restaurant for 5 1/2 years and then LaBella Via. Luis, owner as well as the chef has 18 years experience cooking Italian, American, German, French and Spanish foods. He has worked as head chef in many restaurants; Coach -n- Paddock, Mountainview Chalet, Ernie and Dom's and LaBella Via. After many years being in the restaurant business we decided it was time to open our own restaurant. We have a full Italian menu, hot and cold subs & pizza. Catering is also available. Stop by and enjoy casual fine dining in a friendly atmosphere that will feel like home.

This Italian restaurant is located right across the street from Bushkill Park along scenic Bushkill Creek. It offers a fine-dining menu with a casual dress code and atmosphere. Casa Italia also offers catering services.
