Casa Grande is a pretty decent place to live, for the price. Lots of beautiful palm trees in the courtyards, two swimming pools, laundry on site. The downside is the lack of parking. But for the price I won't complain.

i lived here for about a year and a half and had just a bad experience living here. my apt had been flooded 3 times the first time was in my bedroom ceiling w/c the kitchen from the above unit…
