Dreadful.

Booked a property around 9 months before travelling. Confirmed by email the month before with the agent. When we arrived we were given a completely different property! They claimed that the one we had booked had been removed from their books many months ago but ""forgot"" to tell us.

The property we ended up at had no parking (the one we booked did) so we spent $300 on parking for the week. They agreed to give us $100 towards this (how generous!) but I am still waiting three months later and now my emails are going unanswered.
