They are no good... illegally locked me out when my girlfriend passed away in the apartment. Stole her possessions and is infested with roaches.... Management allows some to party and drink in the parking lot at all hours. we had to call police several times due to lack of security and management to enforce the rules.... Stay Away from them and let the city bulldoze the place.

The apartments are 24/7 drama related. The manager is backstaber, two face, and she is racist herself considering that she her self is not a legal U.S. citizen. The apartments are full of roaches and bed bugs, even if the apartment has them she will blame you of bringing them. Some tenants put up with her mess because the apartments are the cheapest in East Dallas.
