Caruso Paving & Seal Coating

Frank Caruso gave us a price which included putting the base down and blacktopping our driveway. Base went down in April 2017. It is now Nov. 2017 and the blacktopping has not been done. Everytime we call it's another excuse! The blacktop plants will be closing soon and we still don't have a blacktop driveway. Ripping off senior citizens must be his specialty! Stay far away from this guy.

He seemed like a very nice guy in the beginning. We heard mixed things about him but gave him the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately at the time he was doing our driveway we couldnt stand over him and watch everything he was doing. He never did what he was suppose to do. Then when we called him back he said he would be back before the fourth of July he never showed. Then he said the beginning of Sept he never showed again.
