Excellent service - they saw me waiting in the cold and opened up a few minutes early. Also had great advice about when to replace your toner drum. Their cartridge recycle program is great.

so he tool my cartridge to fill it gave it back to mebut it wasn't full barely used my printer I tried to explain to the guy that I didn't use the printer much and there was a defectIn the refill I just wasted my money and my timecoming here...

I've been getting ink here for a couple years. Always friendly helpful service at a good price. Cheaper than Costco but still ink costs money. If you bring in your old cartridges you get full credit on any new ones you buy. They will also keep track of your cartridge credit if you don't replace all of them at one time.
