Stay away

Never Do business with this company!!! They do not stand behind their products. A new cartridge failed to print and they said they could not find a recent purchase in their system so there was nothing that they could do. The cartridge had their brand on the side and was full because they weighed it to make sure I had not used it. Regardless they are not to be trusted and I will never darken their door again and hope you will take my advise and stay away. (Edited January 24, 2017)
