Sales staff is very knowledgable, professional & friendly. Great selection & the salesman fitted me with the best conceal carry set up that was right for me. Awesome pistol & holster. Plus they have 0 interest financing too. The store has a small town feel & look. I'll never buy another firearm at a big box store!

Stopped here during lunch to just check if my rifle was sighted in. They took my rifle placed it on a shelf and had me wait 45mins before I could talk to someone again. I'm not a huge fan of Carter's Country to begin with but after calling around Pasadena for an AR-15 front sight adjustment tool, they seemed to be the only store with some in stock. They told me they did so I went down there to get one b/c I need one for my AR. I get there and ask them for a 4 prong front sight adjustment tool, they go get one and only had 1 left in stock.
