Went in at 5:15pm knowing exactly what I wanted and left at 5:45pm empty handed and no interaction with a sales rep! Customer service is not their strongest point, The gunsmith is nice and will take a minute to answer a question even if you are not dropping off a gun for service. That was not my experience with the sales person I felt with (even though I did buy a gun)
