Old apartments with terrible AC Units

If you like the smell of mildew, old AC units and bugs this place is for you. Would rather live in my car then stay a whole year here. The renovations are useless. There is still mold and mildew.

never advise anyone to rent or move in to this apartment. bad management, towed my car two times for a none sense reason because my tires were flat and the car was sitting for few days, while i was waiting and shopping for tires. They made me pay for a towing company, they don't even care neither made an apology. They also never gave my down payment back while i left their apartment cleaned...

This community is in a decent location, but beware the gate NEVER EVER works, they are slow on maintenance requests, they charge you for pest control that never works, and a dumpster that is almost always full-- and the staff. All of them are really sweet when they want the commission for you signing; as soon as you do they completely ignore you unless you won't take no for an answer and are...

I like this apartment complex very quiet and in a great area. It is minutes away from 285 and 85. Some of the staff have excellent customer service but others don't but I'd recommend this property to anyone who asks about it.

Okay for the price

moved in with my fiancée and it's ok for the location. Neighbors are loud and noisy. Maintenance doesn't respond accordingly.
