The Carriage House is a beautifully kept inn. Rooms are small, but clean and quiet, the themes were well done, but with all the decorations it made the room feel a lot smaller. The Innkeeper is very young and would hang out with her friends all day in the kitchen which is fine, it just made it awkward to grab s coffee or drink when you had to walk in to a room of what looked like teenage girls....

My mother and I had a wonderfully, relaxing stay at the Carriage House. Miranda was very friendly and welcoming. We felt like we were at home...only better because someone else was making really delicious breakfasts! My mom and I felt so comfortable there that we got dinner to go from the great market across the road and ate it on the cozy rap around porch.

Great economical choice for a visit to Woodstock

The Carriage House staff was very accommodating in advance of our stay - I have a gluten intolerance and they were glad to adjust breakfast accordingly. The Sunrise Room was perfect - is much larger in real life than how it appears in the photo online. The location is easy to find - although not walking distance from the centre of town, it is an easy 2-3 minute drive into Woodstock.
