I would go with 5 stars on their service dept. -- BUT THERE IS NO POPCORN! May sound petty, but hey. If I gotta wait.... I have a computer to keep me happy - but love the popcorn. Miss it terribly. Will never go back here. Bought a vehicle from them less then 3 months ago. Now I have issues with it that is covered under warranty. Well, they refuse to cover it and instead gave me a quote of $5000 to fix it! It's under warranty! This is ridiculous. And the quote is outrageous besides. Never buy a car from them! Contacted the Oregonian and two lawyers on this. Seems others have had the same...
