I too, contracted Carpeteria to come to my home for consultation, purchased hardwood and linolium for 3 bathrooms & kitchen. Salesman measured wrong, failed to tell me that if the concret floor wasn't level, Carpeteria would have to charge me extra to float the floor. 1st crew shows up to pull out old stuff - old man 70ish, his wife and their teenage son none speaking english - would not let...
