They did it. they cleaned the carpets. they made sure they eliminated all of the stains that had been lingering in and on my carpets. I really liked the tech that came to my home. He was very nice and helpful. Gave me all the right tips to keeping my carpets cleaned, made sure I knew what I would be paying too. he started the work and it took him about an hour to an hour and a half to get all the rooms cleaned. He did such an amazing job, you could tell he really likes what he is doing and he takes his to eliminate all stains.. thank you so much

If it were possible to give a negative rating, I would. First, they did not show up on their scheduled appointment date due to a "car accident." When they finally did show up to our re-sheduled date, they charged me THREE TIMES the amount of the original quote. When I questioned the price …
