I have used this company twice before and was always satisfied with the work, product and price. They beat others by a mile.

This is a totally bogus review. I like the grandmother part. I am one of the owners of Carpet Plus. The last few weeks we haven't even installed carpet for an elderly person. Lately it's been alot of hardwood floors, ceramic tile, and commercial work. My poor grandmother got ripped off by these people. She paid them to install new carpets in her bedroom, living room, and guest bedroom. While doing the job, they told her that had mold that would have to be removed at an additional cost. It was all untrue but she had to pay them for "removing mold" before they would continue.

these guys will screw up your job and not give you your money back. When you try to reach the owners Michelle and Roy, Roy will be hostile and Michelle will never return your phone calls. Any more people get ripped off by these losers? I want to join a class-action lawsuit, these guys have it coming!
