Carolina Smoke is a very informal establishment that provides excellent food in a very unassuming manner. We have tried the pork ribs and the pulled pork sandwiches. Both are great. Their Apple Butter BBQ sauce is to die for. The owner is very personable and always comes to our table when we visit.

Love those ribs! And to be frank, I've only had the baby back ribs many times over the past four years at Carolina Smoke. Add to that great baked beans, tasty cole slaw plus a slab of corn bread -- you have a mighty fine and reasonably priced meal. Consider all the other meal choices in the Bothell, WA area...

The food is good, Abundant portions. Several choices of BBQ sauce. All handmade. Seating and parking aren't that great.

Carolina Smoke is located on the edge of Country Village, a shopping destination usually catering to women. Carolina Smoke, however, is for men. When my buddies and I go to lunch together this is our first choice. While you do see women from time to time, it's usually men eating together and enjoying the BBQ. Lunch time can be crowded...
