So I called Carolina to come out and fix my air conditioner. A man in a van came out and found that I had a bad part in my AC unit. After 5 minutes the part was replaced and the man went back to his van to write up a bill for me. A few minutes later I was I was presented with a bill for 400$. 100$ of which was parts... Thank you for nothing Carolina!! I should have told him to take the part...

This is a bait and switch company. Paid $95.00 for service call. Guy told us about 200 to fix we said ok. It kept running into more and more. We paid almost $500.00 and he said someone would come out next day and finish for probably $100.00 more. Surprise they come out and tell us entire system needs to be replaced at over $6300.00. And they won't refund any other charges even though they fixed...
