once good, but not so much now

I have used these folks many times at my old house-the maintained my gas furnace and serviced my AC. At my next house, they quoted me $800 more than another company for the exact same unit. So, I went with the other company with no regrets. I called them three days ago for a maintenance service call for our current heat pump and they never called back. Guess they don't want my business...
