Whenever we visit Wilmington, we always pay a visit to Carolina Cantina. The food is outstanding amd the service is great. I love the Crab Enchilada and the Oh Suzanna Chcken Tacos. The Spinach Queso is great. I wish that we had a restaurnat like this at home!

On 8/30/07 we stopped in for dinner, and I had to send my food back. I ordered the blue crab enchilada, and the cheese was so salty and separated. I sent it back and ordered a chicken taco which was much better, but still had the higly processed velveeta type of cheese. No one else in our party really thought very highly of the food. Service was good, and the server was very polite.
