I was looking for a chain saw to clear bushes, small trees on a large 5 acre yard. I had done some research and after talking with Ralph and finding out the key differences between two models I was set. Very busy place abd very helpful staff. Also enjoyed meeting the mascot Bentley. Also picked up the safety gear needed.Got exactly what I was looking for!

There customer service is nothing special. There "mechanics" have no idea what there doing. Had to take my equitment elsewere for service after carol stream lawn and power improperly repaired my equipment. I do not recommend them to anyone.

As a commercial landscape contractor I call on Carol Stream Lawn & Power's expert staff when I'm dealing with mower problems. They are VERY knowledgable, professional, friendly, and prices are reasonable. If they don't have what I need, they'll order it and call me when it's ready for pickup (ussually 2-3days).
