Much more than your average pizza joint, this restaurant's wood-fired oven adds flavor and atmosphere.

The Scene The red-hot coals glowing in the brick oven set the stage for Carmine's wood-fired pizzas, made by white-hatted chefs in full view of the bar and the adjoining dining room. An upscale, mostly suburban crowd enjoys…

This is a wonderful family owned restaurant. If you are looking for the typical chain, Olive Garden is across the street but then you get more of the same....chain food. I am currently living in FL and make the trip to Buffalo every year at Christmas time, Carmines is a must stop. Someone wrote it is a 60's style Italian food, YES IT IS! And it is damned good!

It is so fabulous! Their brick oven pizzas are good too!
The restaurant is...
