Help us make it rightI stopped in with my husband and sister for a quick bite our way to suburban square to do some shopping. My sister loves hear meal a little on spicy side, so this was a great find. We all enjoyed the friendly service and our meal. Would defiantly stop you again.
If you like highly flavored spicy food...Hot to the taste you'll find it at Carmines. Sometimes when we crave this style of preparation it fits the bill. If you prefer bland flavors; skip Carmines.
Carmine's is a great dinning experience. I've been there a half dozen time and never been disappointed.
The small restaurant does not feel crowded as the tables a spaced to give ample room. The open kitchen allow diners to what the magic happen.

When I can't decide what to order…that's a good thing. tempting dishes and everything we had was divine. Owner was welcoming when we came in, but honestly, the service was sporadic. Not sure who was doing what and then it took a while to get the check. But, for what it is - yes, will go back! Good find.
