Vege hash is wonderful. My favorite breakfast is the ranch eggs which comes with black beans, hiot sauce and lime cream sauce as well as the hash. Good dark coffee too!

I went in hungry and walked out hungry. I went to Carmen's restaurant today with my girlfriend and she ordered the cubano I ordered the picadillo. Service was mixed because the waitress was on her own, she forgot to bring us water and just needs some training, she was friendly but did not have the skills of a waitress. Rule number one always put water on the table, this affirms to the customer...

Okay the place was clean, the Cuban was so so kinda dry but the pineapple coleslaw was amazing.. Stopped in for lunch one day after seeing a sign that said cubans!!! The owners daughter was our server she was very sweet and had sweet things to say to my children. She seemed preoccupied she forgot to place my husband's food...

Food is just OK, not authentic Cuban Taste

After being a Puerto Rican from Los Angeles who had experienced exquisite authentic Cuban food in LA's Cuban Restaurants such as "La Caridad", "El Floridita" & "Versailles" I was pretty excited when I heard about "Carmen's Cafe". If you are used to Cuban food you will find their food is good (Not great). The black beans lack their authentic flavor...
