I needed my key reprogrammed to my car and the tech and manager told me I needed a new module. I thought it sounded odd so I went to a local man and what do ya know, he reprogrammed my key for $100. Nissan quoted me $1000 for key and new module they swore I needed.

Car broke down today, and I was towed to this dealership. Everyone at this dealership was amazing. I had my dog with me, and the staff welcomed me and my dog into their store, brought her a bowl of water and food, and went out of their way to make sure both of us were ok. They also fixed my car within an hour. I was having a pretty rough day, but these folks went out of their way to get us back...

I recently traded in my 2006 BMW 325i for a 2016 VW Passat w/ 40k mi for $13k at Carlock Nissan Tupelo. Salesperson & finance guy swore that market value for car is $17k. Tried to trade the car in two months later at Carlock Jeep. They indicated the vehicle had $6k negative equity due to prior accident and that I would have to makeup the $6k deficit.
