Was victim of Bait and Switch by Service Department was told Repair’s would be $3-400 seven weeks later and numerous excuses my bill was over $900 and all the service manager would say it is what it is!

Absolutely the WORST car buying experience ever at this dealership. They sell you a new car that fails on the way home. Then they try to tell you nothing wrong and refuse to make it right. I will never buy anything at this place. Buyer beware and don’t stop there.

I just bought a used 2016 Altima from Carlock and was treated very disrespectful.
