I love the coffee they serve. I really like the place and the ambiance. One of the best coffee I got. I thought I will never see good coffee shop in Cleveland.

It's a chain coffee house. My standard line: Nothing to get too excited about, but no big disappointments either.

Great carmel latte! I think the selection in the Holiday seasons is great here. The workers are very efficient and friendly!
