The care sucks. They don't explain the costs after Medicare. The entire place is dingy. Most of the staff does not help they left my mom laying in a dirty diaper for an hour. They told her to stop being a pain in the @#$%.. there is nothing on her chart about the 2 falls she had. A fat nurse refused to go to her room to clean a puddle of water leaking from AC unit. My mother was there and that was the last place she was. I never got to talk to my mother. This nursing home never called to tell me that my mom was being transport toa hospital. I got a phone call from the hospital for them to tell me that my mom was being put on a ventilater.
