The Carefree Senior Apartment's grounds are surrounded in beautiful roses. The grounds are kept very nice. However, I would recommend this apartment complex to seniors who smoke. Behind all those beautiful roses are cigarette butts everywhere. The management does not support nonsmokers. This was an ongoing battle when I resided at this apartment complex. The manager smokes and the entire office staff with the exception of one smoked. They smoke in the swimming pool area, in the parking lot, at the front entrance. It is not just the management, they encourage others to behave badly...
