Called for a roof repair. No one answered so I left a message. Did not receive a call back for days. I made an appointment for the owner to come out on a Friday. About an hour before the appointment he called and said he could not make it and wanted to come on Saturday instead. He never showed up on Saturday. Called for bid on roof replacement, Assured someone would come out to bid on following day, Received call way late in the day almost after business hours telling me someone was on their way and in West valley (a ten minute drive, fifteen with traffic). When the person didn't show after hour and half, I got tired of waiting and called back to cancel. If this is how they handle their estimates...
