I took my daughter to this Carenow facility and I was very disappointed. I did the online check in, received the call to come in, spoke with the gentleman at the front desk (who seemed more concerned w/ what was his computer than helping me, but I overlooked this b/c they were busy and I thought it was work related). He adviced me to have a seat, about 30-40 minutes later I receive a phone call...

I was so glad when they finally came to Keller. We had been hiking to the Carenow over on Hwy 121. This one is newer and cleaner and they have been great. I love that they follow up after a day or two to see if everything is going okay. Great experience! I actually go here because it is easier than getting an appointment to see my doctor. I have been impressed with the quality of care that my family has received from Carenow. With the online registration the waiting time is very minimal and the care given has always been professional and timely.

Carenow has been a great option for us. The process has been smooth and quick. My family has been to carenow for a number of issues including broken bones, ear infection, eye injury, and flu. We have always been treated well. The web check inprocess has been great. We wait at home (instead of the office) and carenow calls us when they are ready. Carenow is a great option!

The Web Checkin is great! Hardly ever have to wait when I use it. Staff is friendly and always follows up to make sure that all is well a few days later. I recommend to everyone I know.
