Cardinal Community Credit Union is a member-owned, not-for-profit financial cooperative that serves families in Lake, Cuyahoga, Ashtabula and Geauga Counties. Cardinal offers all the services and products available at most banks. Unlike banks, members own the credit union and are, therefore, both customer and stockholder. Members, due to their ownership status, receive lower loan rates, higher savings rates and fewer fees. Cardinal is totally owned by local members and is governed locally by a volunteer Board of Directors elected from and by the membership.
