Refurbished Equipment

We sell new and refurbished Verifone Vx570 terminals. This complainant ordered a refurbished unit, which are not always in stock. A refurbished unit was not received in the stated period, so I offered a new unit at a slightly higher price ... new are always in stock. He refused offer.

I purchased a Vx570 credit card terminal from card system technologies on 10/18/2010.  About 10/20/2010, Susan called and said that they did not have any in stock.  There would be a 1.5 week wait.  I sald "fine".On 10/28/2010 Susan called again to say that I could purchase another unit at a higher price.  I said that I would wait.On 11/16/2010 Susan called and said that the units still were not...
