I have always been skeptical of having an adjustment done, but after several traumas to my back my personal trainer encouraged me to have a visit with a he Carbone Chiropractic team. It was the best decision I have ever made. Prior to my first visit I was relying on pain killers and muscle relaxers to allow me a decent nights sleep. I couldn't satnd, walk or sit for more than 45 min at a time....
