No nonsense, easy to deal with, always smiling, the counter man george, could not have a better attitude. Went in for brakes and an oil change as the dealer told me i needed brakes now. Mike the service man checked them out and took me out and showed me my car and brakes. He also told me that they were not necessary yet. I had about 50% left.
